I like that this is salt free of charge, so I can add my own sea salt and use less. I called the organization because I was worried about BPA in canned goods, but they said it’s free of charge of BPA, so that’s great too. This is so much less expensive than fresh salmon. Nowhere near as great as fresh, but one of the much better canned salmons I’ve eaten. I add some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and a few spices and I’ve truly gotten to like it.

It’s great enough that we’ve bought three or four cases over the last year. It is clean, healthful and usually mild-flavored. We have discovered no better canned pink wild salmon within the U.S., even though we have found much better Alaskan canned salmon within the UK and Canada.
